I’m a certified strength and nutrition coach with a B.S. in Exercise Science who also happens to love trashy vampire novels, salted caramel ice cream, and reality TV.
I’m here to help build strength, move beyond pain and injury, and find an approach to nutrition that actually makes sense in your life while getting you to where you want to be.
