Class descriptions

Pilates and Foam Rolling

Do you love your yoga, but feel that more strength would benefit you? Do you have tight muscles that never seem to release? Add some conscious, intelligent strength building and nourishing foam rolling to your self-care regimen.

This class will take you through a mix of Pilates inspired exercises and gentle foam rolling techniques to help you build strength and stability, improve posture and reduce muscle tension. Whether you do Scorpion or child’s pose, this class is a great compliment to your yoga routine.
