Pilates and Foam Rolling
This class will take you through a mix of Pilates inspired exercises and gentle foam rolling techniques to help you build strength and stability, improve posture and reduce muscle tension. Whether you do Scorpion or child’s pose, this class is a great compliment to your yoga routine.
