Right now, I am available to work with people one on one virtually over ZOOM for a single consult or ongoing private sessions.
Depending on what you want help with, I can give you a workout / movement session or we may spend more of our time talking about how to implement something.
Some of the things I can help you with include:
- Troubleshooting pain or injury during exercise
- Kettlebell and strength training if you’re a beginner, have a history of pain, or are hypermobile
- Developing a strength or mobility program based on what equipment you have access to
- Giving you some exercises that you can do on your own to supplement what you are already doing for more mobility + strength or less pain.
All consults are 55 minutes or 30 minutes long and we can work with whatever props or weights you have on hand.
I am happy to record your session and provide a link to the video after your session is over upon request.
Rates:
60 minutes:
- 1 session: $125*
- 4 sessions: $480 ($120 ea) - expires 2 months after the package is purchased*
- 8 sessions: $960 ($120 ea) - expires 4 months after the package is purchased*
30 minutes:
- 1 session: $70*
- 4 sessions: $260 ($65 ea) - expires 2 months after the package is purchased*
- 8 sessions: $520 ($65 ea) - expires 4 months after the package is purchased*
