I'm available to work with people for individual consults, personalized programming or ongoing private sessions that are 30 or 55 minutes long.

Some of the things I can help you with include:

  • Troubleshooting pain or injury during exercise
  • Kettlebell and strength training if you’re a beginner, have a history of pain, or are hypermobile
  • Developing a strength or mobility program based on what equipment you have access to that accommodates anything you have going on in your body.
  • Giving you some exercises that you can do on your own to supplement what you are already doing for more mobility + strength or less pain.

I'm also happy to record your session and provide a link to the video after your session is over upon request.

Please note that it is beyond my scope of practice to diagnose or treat pain or injuries. If you are currently experiencing unmanaged chronic pain and are not under the care of a physical therapist or medical provider, then I am unable to work with you at this time.

During your intro session, I’ll learn more about what you want to work on, your exercise background, and injury history if applicable. During your intro session expect to spend a fair amount of time talking - though we may get to trying some exercises too.

After your intro session, you can select from the following options for working together. If you're unsure of if I am the right person to help you then you can book a FREE discovery call with me first.

Consults & Custom Programs:

  • Single 55 minute consult: $135 - expires 1 month after the session is purchased
  • Custom Program: $250 for an 8 week program. Includes one 75 minute ZOOM call to review the exercises, a PDF outline of the program, and light email support for questions.

55 minute session options:

  • New client 55 minute intro session: $135 - expires 1 month after the session is purchased
  • 1 session: $135 - expires 1 month after the session is purchased
  • 4 sessions: $480 ($120 ea) - expires 3 months after the package is purchased
  • 8 sessions: $960 ($120 ea) - expires 6 months after the package is purchased

30 minute session packages:

  • 4 sessions: $260 ($65 ea) - expires 3 months after the package is purchased
  • 8 sessions: $520 ($65 ea) - expires 6 months after the package is purchased

Monthly Memberships where we meet for 4 sessions a month:

  • 55 minute session membership: $420 a month ($105 ea) - all sessions expire within each 30 day billing cycle**
  • 30 minute session membership: $240 a month ($60 ea) - all sessions expire within each 30 day billing cycle**

*All services are subject to WA state sales tax if you live in WA state

**Note: An initial 3 month commitment is required for all membership options. Afterwards, you have the option to continue on a month to month basis.

Virtual private sessions with are for you if:

  • You have a history of injury, hypermobility, or pain and you are looking for an approach to strength training and fitness that meets your body where it’s at and makes considerations for these challenges.
  • You want to learn how to strength train and are excited to get stronger!
  • You are currently following a program or routine, but have some questions about how to modify or adapt it to better meet your needs and goals.
  • You want help creating a strength program or routine that matches your current fitness level and goals.
  • You need some ideas for restorative or mobility work to support your body in your other activities.

Virtual private sessions are not for you if:

  • You are currently experiencing unmanaged chronic pain and are not under the care of a medical provider or physical therapist to help you manage it.
  • You have an active injury that you have not sought diagnosis and treatment for from an appropriate medical provider.
  • You have an expectation that I can give you a set of exercises to “fix” you. While I have extensive experience helping clients get stronger with fewer injuries, it is beyond my scope of practice to treat or manage pain. Beyond that, our bodies are very complicated. I can’t promise you a specific outcome or that you can be “pain and injury free,” which is unrealistic given that we will all experience some level of pain or injuries during various points of our lives.
  • You want to meet in person. I am only able to see clients virtually.
  • You require an appointment time outside of my operating hours, which are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm PST and Friday, 8 am to 4 pm PST. While I will do my best to accommodate you, I’m unable to see clients outside of these times.

Hey there. I'm Nikki. I'm a Pilates teacher and fitness trainer with over a decade of experience helping women find a way to reach their fitness goals without the burnout or injuries.

I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science and B.S. Journalism from Ohio University. My fitness wisdom has been featured in SELF magazine, Women's Health, and Girls Gone Strong.

When I'm not helping people can stronger, you can find me binge listening to pop culture podcasts and and drinking all the coffee.
