I would recommend investing in a strength training program that includes kettlebells, dumbbells, or heavy bands and includes 2 to 4 workouts a week to see an increase in muscle. If this is your gaol, you would also need to consider things such as nutrition and protein intake, and would need to give yourself at a minimum of 3 to 6 months to see even minor muscle. Putting on muscle takes time. 🙂
