I have stretchy bands / therabands. Can’t I just use those instead of jumpstretch bands? Also, what are jumpstretch bands and where do I find them?

Therabands are great for certain applications in yoga, Pilates, and post-rehab, but they’re not the best option for the strength work that you’ll learn in the program, because they don’t provide the right amount of resistance.

Conversely, jumpstretch bands (sometimes called pull-up bands) are a resistance band developed for strength training that offer a different level of resistance that lends them more to building strength. You can purchase them here on amazon or by searching for “jumpstretch bands” on google.
