  • After each call, I will send you a very thorough write up of everything we covered along with any relevant resources.
  • In between coaching calls, you'll also get unlimited access to me via email and a voice messaging app where I'm available to help you work through anything that pops up.

This is where I can help.

I'm not here to tell you what to eat or what your goals should be. Rather, I act as a guide who provides personalized options and evidence based education on the paths you can take to structure how you eat in a way that is health promoting, low stress, and in alignment with what you want for yourself. 

I don't teach one philosophy - I pick the from the different nutrition frameworks based on what will make sense for you, including cognitive behavior coaching strategies to work through emotional eating, meal planning or prep with OR without cooking, and hunger training, which is the process of getting back in touch with your signals.

After our time together, you'll have developed the skills to:

  • Structure and prepare your meals without decision fatigue, rules or rigidity.
  • Be attentive, but not obsessive about how you eat.
  • Sense when you're hungry and stop when you're full.
  • Have treats in the house without stress. You may even forget they're there.
  • Navigate the challenges that arise around food when life gets stressful.
  • If you have a body composition or weight loss goal, understand exactly what you need to do to get there without losing your mind.

With Personalized Nutrition Coaching, you'll get support and compassionate accountability, because while this stuff can be simple, the path isn't easy and it helps to have someone in your corner.

Here's the part where you double check if nutrition coaching is right for you.

This service is for you, if you want to:

  • Structure your meals to have more energy during your day or your workouts.
  • Establish more normalized eating patterns and reduce stress and decision fatigue around meals.
  • Eat in a way that is health promoting and has structure without rigidity.
  • Reframe your mindset around your body and food, so you can eat the things you enjoy without guilt, stress, or shame.
  • Increase self-trust around food and awareness of hunger cues.
  • Learn evidence based nutrition information and receive structure and accountability with compassion, empathy, and unconditional support.
  • Lose weight with an emphasis on sustainable habits, mitigating against the risk of disordered eating, and transitioning to weight maintenance.

A note on if you have a fat loss or weight loss goal:

There's a lot of opinions around this topic, but here is my stance. If you want to pursue weight loss, I believe that it’s my job to help you do this in a way that involves realistic goal setting, minimizes the risks of disordered eating, and lends itself towards long term weight maintenance.

I will never ask you to weigh yourself, take progress pictures, or use a calorie tracking app and yes, there are ways to pursue weight loss without these tools. If you feel comfortable with these methods to tracking, we can discuss if they're a good option for you, but if anything makes you uncomfortable or is triggering, you don’t have to do it.

And if you DON’T have a weight loss goal, we’ll never discuss your weight or weight loss and will stick exclusively to weight neutral strategies.

This service is NOT for you if:

  • You want a meal plan. We can brainstorm meal ideas, grocery lists, and strategies for eating, but I don't do meal plans.
  • You want help managing a specific medical condition.
  • You have an active eating disorder or suspect you have an eating disorder.
  • You want someone to yell at you for eating sugar or drinking diet coke. I don't shame my clients and diet coke is fucking awesome.
  • You want to lose weight as fast as possible or you’re trying to get down to very low levels of body fat. I'm here to help you make sustainable change. That shit isn't sustainable or healthy.
  • You’re looking for an anti-diet or intuitive eating coach. This isn't my area of expertise.
  • You want a quick fix. It's just not realistic and I'm not going to lie to you.
