I'm not here to tell you what to eat or what your goals should be.

Rather, I provide personalized options and evidence based education on the paths you can take to structure how you eat in a way that is health promoting, low stress, and in alignment with what you want for yourself.

How the nutrition coaching process works


  • We'll meet 2 times a month over ZOOM for a coaching call where we'll work together to develop customized plan with small goals + action steps that move you towards bigger goals and ultimately lasting change.
  • I also find that these calls are a helpful way to check in with yourself and unpack anything that feels stressful or overwhelming to navigate, because let's be real. Our food issues aren't about food. They're more about our relationship with ourselves and the struggle to have self-compassion.
  • After each call, I will send you a very thorough write up of everything we covered along with any relevant resources.
  • In between coaching calls, you'll also get unlimited access to me via email or Voxer, which is a voice messaging app where I'm happy to help you work through anything that pops up or come up with an alternative strategy if you realize that what we discussed isn't working.

A note on if you have a fat loss or weight loss goal:

There's a lot of opinions around this topic, but here is my stance. If you want to pursue weight loss, I believe that it’s my job to help you do this in a way that involves realistic goal setting, minimizes the risks of disordered eating, and lends itself towards long term weight maintenance.

I will never ask you to weigh yourself, take progress pictures, or use a calorie tracking app and yes, there are ways to pursue weight loss without these tools. If you feel comfortable with these methods to tracking, we can discuss if they're a good option for you, but if anything makes you uncomfortable or is triggering, you don’t have to do it.

And if you DON’T have a weight loss goal, we’ll never discuss your weight or weight loss and will stick exclusively to weight neutral strategies and discussion.

This service is NOT for you if:

  • You want me to tell you exactly what to eat. I can work with you to come up with meal ideas, grocery lists, and strategies for eating, but I don't do meal plans.
  • You need help using nutrition to manage a specific medical condition.
  • You have an active eating disorder or suspect you have an eating disorder.
  • You want help implementing a fad diet. I don’t coach on keto, intermittent fasting, or juice fasts. I’m here to help you break free from food rules, not reinforce them.
  • You want to lose weight as fast as possible or you’re trying to get down to very low levels of body fat. The way I teach doesn’t lend itself to these things.
  • You’re looking for an anti-diet or intuitive eating coach. This isn't my area of expertise.
  • You want a quick fix. It's just not realistic and I'm not going to lie to you.

About Me

Hi there, I'm Nikki!

I’m a strength and nutrition coach who prefers diet coke over green juice and helps women develop an approach to eating that feels calm and sustainable that also aligns with their goals.

I hold a B.S. Exercise Science and am a L1 certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. I've also received education and mentoring with Dr.Gabrielle Fundaro on evidence based ways to improve gut health, cognitive behavior coaching, and different approaches to eating in a health promoting way.

My fitness wisdom has been featured in SELF magazine, Women's Health, and Girls Gone Strong. When I'm not in the gym, you can find me watching reality TV and drinking all the coffee.
