Get centered with this travel size foam roller workout

I’m back in DC this week to visit the fam for Thanksgiving and every time I travel, I’m reminded of one thing. I’m a terrible packer.
Somehow, I always manage to be simultaneously under and over packed. I’ll have 16 tank tops and no socks. Every lipstick I’ve ever owned…and no toothbrush.
But even if you’re one of those super organized people with a beautifully laminated travel checklist and back up batteries for your iPhone + laptop, odds are this time of year invites a bit of chaos into your life.
Don’t get me wrong. I love seeing family and old friends. I enjoy shopping for the perfect quirky gift and indulging in a $5.00 seasonal latte. However, I also find that between the long flights, sugar highs and partying, I’m left feeling a bit off center.
So, this week’s vid is all about getting centered using travel roller, which I never travel without.
Now there’s lots of ways to define and find your center.
It could be mediation, breath work or journaling, but for the purpose of today’s video, I’m defining centering as finding your midline and internal strength through gentle release work and focused movement.
Because I don’t know about you, but when I can find ease and strength in my body, it’s a whole lot easier to find clarity in my mind.
