Mondays: Roll, Stabilize, and Restore! | 9:30 am to 10:15 am PDT
Get all of the benefits of massage and stability training in this 45-minute class that uses a combination of foam rolling and stability techniques to reduce muscle tension, enhance proprioception/body awareness, improve joint stability, mobility/flexibility, and control.
Expect to tap into all of the tiny postural muscle that you never knew (or forgot) you had and finish class feeling both relaxed and strong.
Wednesdays: Pilates Functional Training Fusion | 9:30 am to 10:15 am PDT
This Pilates meets functional movement class will help you lay the groundwork for strength by intelligently challenging your stability and creating opportunities for newfound mobility and ease of movement.
Expect to tap into your deep stabilizers while saying hello to your larger muscle groups by moving with precision and control. This class will also include creative use of small props and elements of stretch and strength!
Fridays: Foundational Strength | 9:30 am to 10:20 am PDT
Whether you are new to strength training for the first time, are easing back in, or want a simple + effective strength training class, this is for you!
This class will start with a primal movement inspired warm-up and will include exercises to build full body strength. There will be a 5 to 10 minute cardio finisher at the end of each class with low impact options!
Classes will run from August 3 through August 28, 2020. You will have access to all of the class replays until October 1st, 2020.
All livestream classes take place through Crowdcast. Class reminder emails with access links AND the class replay links will all come through Crowdcast. Please save your replay emails if you want to revisit the classes!
I will NOT be able to see or hear you during class. However, there is a chat box so we can communicate live!
