Hey there! I’m Nikki.

I’m a fitness and nutrition coach for women with over a decade of experience helping people build strength, improve mobility, and overcome injury.

I’ve got a degree in exercise science, more professional certifications than I can count, and I’ve been featured in The Seattle Times, Girls Gone Strong and Men’s Fitness.

I adore an oversized cup of coffee, true crime podcasts, and I sometimes wonder if I started teaching fitness, because it gave me an excuse to live in yoga pants.
