I specialize in strength + mobility training and I’d love to help you reach your fitness goals with less pain and injury.

I am available for 55 minute appointments over Skype for anyone looking for an individualized approach to fitness or for instructors who are seeking mentorship to improve their problem-solving skills and better meet their client’s needs.

My favorite thing about working with Nikki is that she doesn’t have a cookie-cutter approach to any issue. Many fitness professionals, Pilates instructors, or other types of bodyworkers have a one-size-fits-all solution, but she pays a great deal of attention to the individual person's needs, which results in longer-lasting improvements. I also like that I always learn something new about how I can take better care of my body and manage these issues on my own during our sessions. I largely credit Nikki with the fact that I'm even still dancing and haven't completely fallen apart.
