Reset and refresh your upper body in this 45 minute live FREE class!
The first half of the class will include neck, shoulder, and wrist mobilizations as well as neuromechanic techniques to reduce tension, improve range of motion and muscle activation.
The second half will transition into a movement flow with Pilates inspired exercises to mobilize, stabilize, and strengthen your upper body + core.
