Private sessions and consults over Zoom to help you build strength, increase mobility, and move with less pain from the comfort of your own home.

Some of the things I can help you with include:
- Troubleshooting pain or injury during exercise
- Kettlebell and strength training for hypermobility, beginners, and people with a history of pain or injury.
- Developing a strength and mobility program based on what equipment you have access to that accommodates anything you have going on in your body.
- Teaching you exercises that you can do on your own to supplement what you are already doing for more mobility + strength or less pain.
I'm also happy to record your session and provide a link to the video after your session upon request.
Please note that it's beyond my scope of practice to diagnose or treat pain or injuries. If you're currently experiencing unmanaged chronic pain and aren't under the care of a physical therapist or medical provider, then I'm unable to work with you at this time.

Virtual Private Sessions
Rates for 55 minute sessions:
4-pack: $480 ($120 ea) - expires 3 months after the package is purchased
8-pack: $960 ($120 ea) - expires 6 months after the package is purchased
Rates for 30 minute sessions:
4-pack: $260 ($65 ea) - expires 3 months after the package is purchased
8-pack: $520 ($65 ea) - expires 6 months after the package is purchased
We'll meet over ZOOM where I'll create personalized sessions and will give you feedback just like if we were meeting in person.
- Sessions may include restorative + mobility exercises and strength training with props, bands, kettlebells, or dumbbells, or even Pilates equipment depending on what you have available and what you're interested in learning.
- A recording of each of your sessions is available upon request

This is a single consult where we can troubleshoot anything that you are struggling with or I can answer any questions you have about specific exercises or help you adapt a programming that you are following.

These services are a good fit for you if:
- You have a history of injury, hypermobility, or pain and you are looking for an approach to strength training and fitness that meets your body where it’s at and makes considerations for these challenges.
- You want to learn how to strength train and are excited to get stronger!
- You are currently following a program or routine, but have some questions about how to modify or adapt it to better meet your needs and goals.
- You're looking for a customized mobility and strength based private sessions that matches your current fitness level and goals and will help you see long term results.
- You're interested in restorative or mobility work to support your body in your other activities.
These services are not a good fit for you if:
- You are currently experiencing unmanaged chronic pain and are not under the care of a medical provider or physical therapist to help you manage it.
- You have an active injury that you have not sought diagnosis and treatment for from an appropriate medical provider.
- You have an expectation that I can give you a set of exercises to “fix” you. While I have extensive experience helping clients get stronger with fewer injuries, it is beyond my scope of practice to treat or manage pain. Beyond that, our bodies are very complicated. I can’t promise you a specific outcome or that you can be “pain and injury free,” which is unrealistic given that we will all experience some level of pain or injuries during various points of our lives.
- You want to meet in person. I am only able to see clients virtually.
- If you want a virtual private session, you require an appointment time outside of my operating hours, which are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm PST and Friday, 8 am to 4 pm PST. While I will do my best to accommodate you, I’m unable to see clients outside of these times.
About me:
I’m a strength and nutrition coach with a B.S. in Exercise Science and over 15 years experience helping people improve mobility, build strength, explore their physical potential and move beyond pain and injury.
As a member of the bendy weirdo club, I have a lot of knowledge around strength for hypermobility, but I work with people who have a myriad of interests, including building or maintaining muscle mass, aging better, and moving with less pain.
My fitness wisdom has been featured in SELF magazine, Women's Health, and Girls Gone Strong. When I'm not in the gym, you can find me watching reality TV and drinking all the coffee.
